Bug Report - Anarchy Server "You are not permitted"

I logged onto the Anarchy server and found I couldn't interact with anything except mobs; if I tried to punch anything, I got the error "you are not permitted to interact with [block]" while breaking something would replace "interact with" with "break."

Thanks for your input! Really didn't expect to hear from you since your last posts. I have fixed the issue. The lack of testers and staff really hurt the progress of the network in the last few months.
